「パンとサーカス」は、古代ローマの詩人ユウェナリスの言葉「パネム・エト・キルケンセス（パンとサーカス）」に由来します。美味しい食事と楽しい雰囲気のなか、現代の喧騒から離れ、幻想的な空間で特別なひとときを過ごせる場所を目指しています。
岡山県玉野市宇野駅徒歩2分にある小料理屋です。創作串揚げをメインに、瀬戸内の漁師さんから直接仕入れた新鮮な海鮮料理や、愛媛県鬼北町の熟成雉(キジ)を使った雉(キジ)しゃぶ・海鮮鍋・湯豆腐などの鍋物や、鉄板を使った黒毛和牛ステーキ・牛タンの塩焼きなど肉料理も深夜でも提供しています。ワインや日本酒にもこだわっております。直島へのアート観光のついでなどに是非お立ち寄りください。

"Pan to Circus" comes from the words of the ancient Roman poet Juvenal, "Panem et Circenses (Bread and Circuses)". We aim to be a place where you can spend a special time in a fantastical space, away from the hustle and bustle of modern times with our delicious food and fun atmosphere.
Small restaurant located 2 minutes walk from Uno Station, Tamano City, Okayama. We mainly serve creative skewers, but we also serve fresh seafood purchased directly from fishermen in the Setouchi Inland Sea, pheasant shabu shabu using aged pheasant from Kihoku-cho, Ehime, and Japanese black beef steak prepared on an iron plate. We are also particular about wine and sake. Please stop by when you are visiting Naoshima for art sightseeing.
